The menu finalized by the guest will be followed.
The guest count must be informed at least one week prior to the event.
Full payment must be made two weeks in advance to confirm the booking.
Any additional breakfast, lunch, dinner, or high tea will be charged extra.
An additional charge of ₹3,000 will apply if the event exceeds the permitted time beyond the 2-hour buffer.
Generator, security, and housekeeping services will be charged additionally.
All guests must adhere to the property’s rules and regulations to ensure a smooth experience throughout the event.
Event Timing: 6:00 PM to 2:00 PM (next day).
A refundable deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected in case of damages or additional services.
Early Check-In Policy
Early check-in is subject to room availability and hotel discretion. Additional charges may apply depending on the time of arrival and occupancy levels.
Early Check-Out Policy
Requests for early check-out must be communicated to the Front Office. Applicable charges may apply based on the rate plan booked.
Linking Policy
The following organizations may link to the Shakthi Hill Resorts website without prior written approval, provided the link does not imply endorsement or misrepresentation:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News and media organizations
- Online directory distributors linking in a similar manner to other listed businesses
- System-wide accredited businesses, excluding non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups, which may not link to our website
